I am so excited about my current read. I started (finally) The Ten Thousand Doors of January by Alex E. Harrow.

I saw this out of the corner of my eye on a random trip to Barnes and Noble and have obsessively been wanting to read it ever since. I hauled the ebook and got on hold for for the audiobook from the library and it came through pretty quickly. I am only two chapters in but it’s beautiful so far.

My most recently finished book was Irresistible by Melanie Harlow.

Melanie Harlow is one of those authors I know I can turn to when I feel a bit slumpy to pull me out of it and she never disappoints. Irresistible is the romance between Frannie and Mack. Frannie is the daughter of Mack’s boss. She’s the youngest daughter who was sick as a kid and still, at 27, is overly protected by her parents and tired of it. Mack is the single father of 3 daughters who feels the age gap between he and Frannie is a problem and uses that to propel in his mind, that he has nothing to offer her. Right amount of sexy but cuteness overload thanks to Mack’s daughters..I really enjoyed this one!

I think what I’ll get to next is Love On Lexington Avenue by Lauren Layne which is book 2 in the Central Park Pact.
